The Innovators

This tool is a must for custom cabinet, millwork and furniture shops. The Innovator and Innovator Jr. are two of our most popular tools. They combine the convenience and economy of 5/16" thick corrugated steel with a pocket design that can safely produce panel profiles up to 2" deep. Both sizes using the same pocket design can use either 5/16" thick, 60° corrugated back steel knives or the new 10mm “SCHure • Lock" carbide knife system. With today’s use of MDF and other composite materials, the use of carbide is a must, and the Innovators allow anyone capable of grinding carbide knives to produce their own 3 wing carbide panel raising cutters. They can be used with or without ball bearing rub collars.
