1-1/4" Bore Cutter Heads

2 and 4 Knife Cutter Heads for 1-1/4" spindles. For Large Shapers & Small Moulders • 4" Diameter • Available in 16-60° or **16-90° corrugations • Uses 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" or 10mm corrugated steel • 1-1/2" Max. depth of cut* * Using 3/8" thick steel

Williams & Hussey Cutter Heads

Now you can use our knives made for the Williams and Hussey moulder on a shaper or moulder using one of these heads. Holes in knives must be able to accept 3/8" bolts. 4" heads made with 1-1/4" bore. 4-13/16" heads made with 1-1/2" or 40mm bore. Please specify size when ordering. Heads with larger bores quoted on request.

Standard Coping Discs

Heads are weight relieved, have a 25° cutting angle for a cleaner cut, are 3/4" thick and have 60° corrugations. Two can be used together with spacer to produce tenons. Custom heads also made to your machines specifications.
